COVID-19 Update

Further to yesterday’s government guidelines we have made the decision to implement our COVID-19 business continuity plan, our Head Office employees will be working remotely from (18th March)

Please be assured these changes have been meticulously planned and TMO will strive to provide our normal services without disruption to our customers.

Our switchboard will continue to be manned and staff will be monitoring emails as normal from 7.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday, On Call Manager out of hours.

Our operatives on the road have had extensive tool box talks regarding the virus and are aware of the facts and social distancing when attending client sites.

We are engaging directly with our external consultants and continue to communicate with our clients.

As a business we have also ensured all our staff are aware of the travel restrictions and have instructed no face to face meetings for the foreseeable future. Meetings will be conducted by telephone or video conference calls. All our staff have been fully briefed and understand the reporting of symptoms and the self-isolation process.
