TMO Highways receive high praise for Quality of Training Day
Ben Green, Mark Haysman, Darren Bailey and Ian Gray visited the UKPN Bury St Edmunds office this week and gave two sessions on Traffic Management, 'the do's and dont's, what to use and when, and also a live practical setup.
Over 40 UKPN employees benefited from the two sessions and the presentation team received positive feedback throughout the day and from the organiser after the event had come to and end. Future sessions have been pencilled in due to the success of this weeks event. The future roll out will delve deeper into the UKPN hierarchy and will upskill more staff who encounter TM day in day out at the assessment stage.
"Thank you again for visiting our Bury office today. It was much appreciated and it seemed well received from the teams. Early feedback in the office has been very positive. Content was ideal for their job roles and the live set up will give them a better understanding when raising and considering TM requirements. As discussed, I feel TM training would be very beneficial to the site techs. So I will follow this up with their team leader and be in touch"
