TMO are really pleased to announce two new trainees are set to join the company in the next few weeks.
We recognise as a business that good people cannot always be sourced externally, instead we offer trainee positions to people that are wanting to change industry, looking for new challenges and career opportunities.
Teaching someone new to the industry offers a number of key advantages, being able to show them that working for TMO is all about standards and safety. With a program that sees them achieve a Streetwork's qualification, Lantra M1/2 and the possibility of M5 within 12 months, this meets the needs of an ever changing business as we grow and develop our client portfolio.
The first phase of our trainee program has been a real success with 5 of our operatives now qualified to M1,M2 & M5 level.
Kirsty Oliver, HR Director said 'At TMO we recognise that a company is only as good as it's people, so we actively promote development, help our people to achieve their potential. Our culture centres around being different and setting standards, the trainee program allows us a blank canvas to work with, buts it needs effort, determination and a willingness to learn from our trainees'.
We start with the very basics from how to make a sandbag, general housekeeping and then covering NRSWA and all elements of traffic management. This is a bespoke training program we have developed with input from our operatives and management team.
Should you be interested in joining our team in the future, then positions will be advertised on this website.
