TMO Highways are offering £1000 for new LANTRA qualified starters who join our ranks.
We are looking for LANTRA M1/M2 or M5 qualified staff to fill various positions across East Anglia with our depots being located in Eye (Suffolk), Witham (Essex), Wisbech (Cambridgeshire) and St Neots (Bedfordshire)
Successful candidates will work out of one of our operational depots covering works in East Anglia, East Midlands and London primarily. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided.
The successful candidates will get 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), on top of this you will get a day off for your birthday each year and also earn an extra days holiday per year of service (up to 5 years)
Applicants should take pride in their work and have the ability to work on their own. Applicants should also have good people skills and can handle challenging daily situations as well as dealing with members of public and liaising with clients on site.
- M1/M2 rate: £11.75 basic & £15 overtime
- M5 rate: £13.75 basic & £16.50 overtime
