TMO Traffic Highways Ltd, are a traffic management specialist; we provide numerous and complete solutions for the safe and efficient installation of temporary traffic control systems. We provide equipment, site surveys, risk assessments completed by experienced surveyors, safe installation, liaison with local authorities, site maintenance and de-installation after works are completed.
We operate from multiple sites nationwide as well as operate in nominated public locations and customer sites. We understand that our operations have an impact on the wider environment through our use of raw materials, energy, emissions to air and water, and the generation of waste.
We are committed to the avoidance of pollution and the continuous improvement of our environmental performance. To achieve this aim, we have established an Environmental Management System which we intend to use to drive the reduction of our environmental impact and overall improvement of our environmental performance. This Environmental Management System is based on the International Standard ISO 14001 and forms a major part of our fully documented Integrated Management System. Compliance with all requirements of this system should be regarded as mandatory by ALL employees and sub-contractors.
We will comply with all environmental legislation, regulations and codes of practice relevant to our specific business processes, and monitor our environmental impact against agreed business wide objectives and targets to confirm continuous improvement of our environmental performance and the systems and processes which manage it. These objectives and targets will be communicated across the business to ensure all staff are aware of them.
