Jo, was promoted in January 2016 to to the role of General Manager but was made Finance Director in 2021.
Her previous roles as General Manger (HR & Finance) saw her play a key role in a Senior Management role spearheading the finances as well as overseeing the company's HR alongside our HR consultants. Prior to that Jo was Office Manager which saw her head up our administration, finance and credit control departments, with an involved role in ensuring that our company processes and policies were followed.
Jo is also one of TMO Highways four Mental Health First aiders and played an instrumental role in promoting that scheme to the business.
She brings a wealth of administrative experience, a real can do attitude and really enjoys the interaction and building relationships with our customers.
Jo has worked her way up the managerial tiers of the business and has a real focus on the commercial and financial parts of her role. Bringing all the pieces of the jig saw together. She has recently completed her ILM Business Level 3 certificate covering Leadership, Performance Management and Motivation.

In her spare time Jo enjoys to socialize with all her friends and family, spending time on the North Norfolk coast with the occasional glass or two of wine with her husband and two dogs (they don't have the wine!)
